Experience

Program Manager · Test Manager · Software Developer · AccessAbility Officer

January 2026 – Present

WCAG 2.1/2.2Next.jsTypeScriptSupabaseVercel
  • Manage client accessibility programs end to end: lead client meetings, identify high-priority testing targets, define test scenarios around user stories and journeys, assign testing, and author the reports delivered to clients.
  • Lead all WCAG testing as Test Manager for a team of disabled and blind accessibility testers — reviewing reported issues, writing the code remediations, and running internal WCAG training.
  • Build and maintain internal tooling and DARTSuite, the company's proprietary accessibility testing platform.
  • Teach client classes on accessible HTML, ARIA, PDFs, social media, and video, focused on building accessibility into the design phase instead of remediating after the fact.
  • Perform WCAG audits of client websites.
Full breakdown

Program Management

  • Interface directly with clients in recurring meetings and report on testing progress and findings.
  • Create the testing reports delivered to clients.
  • Identify high-priority targets for testing on each client's properties.
  • Assign testing work across the tester team.
  • Create test scenarios around user stories and user journeys.

Test Management

  • Manage all WCAG testing across client engagements.
  • Review every tester-reported issue and write the code remediations that ship to clients.
  • Grade testers on performance, run performance improvement plans, and upskill the team through internal trainings on WCAG concepts.
  • Own everything needed for disabled and blind testers to perform digital accessibility testing effectively.

Software Development

  • Develop features and fix bugs in DARTSuite, our proprietary accessibility testing software — including a new super-client role that lets clients run scans on their own sites from within the tool.
  • Built a tester-grading web app that scores testers per project on Accuracy, Quality, Speed, Responsiveness, and Communication, used to pair testers based on complementary strengths and weaknesses.
  • Built an information-security compliance dashboard with incident report forms, history, and review workflows.
  • Currently building an accessible labor-logging tool, replacing Excel workbooks — existing industry tools aren't accessible.
  • All internal tools are built on Next.js with Supabase databases, deployed on Vercel.

Training & Instruction

  • Lead client classes on accessibility: HTML, ARIA, PDFs, social media, video, and more.
  • Curriculum centers on shifting accessibility left — getting it into the design phase rather than perpetually remediating.

Auditing

  • Perform full WCAG audits of client websites.
